HISTORY

1870 – Trenton Rubber Corporation is founded in Trenton, NJ
1883 – Thermoid brand established
1909 – Company name changed to Thermoid Rubber Products
1958 – Aeroduct in Chanute, Kansas acquired
1969 – Hose plant built in Bellefontaine, Ohio for patented continuous cure process
1986 – B.F. Goodrich Industrial Rubber Products in Oneida, TN acquired
2003 – HBD/Thermoid, Inc. wholly-owned subsidiary of HBD Industries formed
