At YMCA Camp Willson, we believe in providing a safe place that challenges campers to build relationships, gain new skills, and feel a sense of belonging. Since 1918, Willson Staff have been positive role models for thousands of youth. 

Magic truly occurs each time a child is able to engage in the learning process expanding their knowledge, creativity, and imagination. There is also magic to be found in a child experiencing and appreciating the natural world that surrounds them. We are dedicated to working with you to build the relationships needed to create camp magic.

The Staff Team is the YMCA;s most important asset. We choose staff to work at camp because they are the kind of mentors that todays youth need! Being a summer camp staff member is one of the most rewarding jobs, which will give you 100% what you put into it. We are responsible for campers 24 hours, six days a week, for eight weeks. If you choose to work at camp for the right reasons, this will be the most memorial experiences of your life. You will develop life-changing bonds with your fellow staff persons and campers that will undoubtedly leave you a better person.
